The success of Durata d.o.o. depends upon our ability to meet the expectations of the clients of our beer can filling services and the customers of our herbal extract soft drinks, by recognizing their current and future requirements and needs, through the following:

  • Prompt service and the delivery of quality and wholesome products,
  • Maintaining and constantly improving product quality,
  • Continuous assurance of the accessibility of information on our products/services,
  • Planning and supervising the manufacturing conditions of our products, in a safe and correct manner,
  • Good and durable cooperation with our suppliers.

We attempt to satisfy our customers and other interested parties: the owners, employees, suppliers, consumers and the community in which we operate, through the application of a quality control system.

All our activities are conducted with the intention of improving and assuring the high quality of our services and products by applying a quality control system, the principles stipulated in the HACCP Plan, and the GMP and GHP standards. Quality is a way of thinking and acting, which can only and always be confirmed by satisfied customers.

All our employees, according to their responsibilities, are required strive to achieve the stated company goals, i.e. the constant improvement of efficiency; honoring the contracted requirements of clients, laws and other binding regulations; and preventing hazards to human health and safety.

The company management regularly sets our company's annual goals, in order to facilitate the realization of the strategic goals and policies hereby established.

  • Achieving production of 50,000,000 cans in the existing production facilities, together with the constant improvement of marketing activities in the region and expansion of the circle of our clients,

  • Management of processes in such a manner that all sources of actual or potential lack of compliance with regulations or harmful effects on consumer health are eliminated without delay,
  • Providing continuing education with the goal of developing expertise and knowledge, creating a stimulating environment, together with securing the necessary resources, and
  • Meeting contracted delivery deadlines.
