Durata is located in the Dugo Selo industrial zone. The production /filling plant, occupies 1,200 m². Next to the plant is an administration building with an area of 200 m². The warehouse occupies 1,500 m2.

The plant includes a well-equipped physicochemical laboratory, in which expert technologists perform all the necessary analyses of product quality (nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages) prior to, during and after filling; and control the containers and cisterns. Raw materials and finished products are also regularly controlled in the laboratories of the authorized institutions. HACCP principles are applied to all products and technological lines, and the results of analysis are documented in detail according to HACCP Plans. We devote great attention to the necessary hygienic conditions and the programs of washing, cleaning and disinfecting that are stipulated by the standard hygienic procedures within the framework of the HACCP systems.

Two modern lines are used in production, a line for the filling and production of cans with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, and a line for the filling of PET containers with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. We also possess the latest model machine for PET bottle production.

The capacities for filling cans with nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages range between 13,200 and 16,200 cans per hour, and the capacities for filling PET bottles with nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages range between 10,000 and 12,000 bottles per hour.

We are particularly attentive in the selection of the suppliers of our raw materials and production materials, with the goal of determining the quality. Our suppliers are required to issue specifications and certificates.
